What happens if I change my mind?

After you sign up you have a 14 calendar day cancellation period (30 days if you have signed up at your door) during which you can cancel your switch.

After this you can still switch at any time, but if you choose a fixed-term contract you may be required to pay a termination fee. You can check the terms and conditions for this product to find out how much this will be.
