Can I verify a salesperson’s identity with SSE Airtricity?

• Call the freephone 1800number that’s printed on the ID badge to verify the agent’s identity.
• If you’re still unsure, please contact our Customer Service team immediately on 0818 81 22 20.

Be sure

In all cases, we'd advise you never to open the door or allow a stranger into your house unless you're happy to do so and you're sure they are who they say they are.
