Do you have a sales guarantee?

At SSE Airtricity we're committed to ensuring that each customer's switch to us is conducted in a transparent and fair manner. This means:

  1. Any information we provide you with about our own products and rates, and those of our competitors, will always be accurate and fair.
  2. We won't mislead a customer.
  3. We will always ask you to complete a quality assurance check at sign up.
  4. We will send you an email of your sign up, confirming the details of the product selected and how you can cancel if you wish to.
  5. If you are misled during our sales process and pay more for your energy with us as a result of that process, we will compensate you.
