What happens if I move during the year?
If you close your account or move property during the 12 month budget plan cycle, we’ll send you a closing bill based on your final meter readings.
If there is an amount owing on your closing bill, we'll take full payment by direct debit, 14 days after your statement is issued.
If you have overpaid and there's an outstanding credit on your account, we can organise a refund to be sent either to the bank account used for direct debits or by cheque.
