General terms and conditions
Our general terms and conditions for domestic customers will change from March 1 2018 to include updated terms related to new regulatory requirements and business practices.
This includes revisions to a number of terms in the following sections:
- Supply & Term
- Prices and Payments
- Electricity Emergencies and Safety
- Customer Charter and Codes of Practice
- Vulnerable Customers and Priority Registers
Please note that this change does not affect your right of withdrawal.
