How often do I receive a bill?

Depending on your meter type, you will be billed monthly or bi-monthly.

If you have an interval quarter hourly meter (QH meter) you will be billed monthly and we cannot change this billing cycle due to the meter type.

If the end of your billing period falls on a weekend, we’ll generate your bill the following Monday.
