Can I pay my bill online?

Of course, you can pay online using our Online Payment facility. You will need to have your account number (which is located on the top of your bill) and your credit / debit card to complete the payment.

*Note, if your usual payment method is by Direct Debit, please contact our Customer Service Team to ensure the Direct Debit has not already been issued to the bank. If the Direct Debit returns unpaid, this can result in unpaid fees*.
