Whether you are eligible for the scheme depends on a number of factors. Please check your meter type and the criteria set out below.

For properties with a smart meter already installed.

1. You must complete an NC6 form with ESBN

For properties who are eligible for a smart meter exchange:

1. You must have a smart meter installed by ESBN
2. You must complete an NC6 form with ESBN

For properties with other meter types (excluding eligible meter types):

1. You must complete an NC6 form with ESBN
2. ESBN will provide a deemed export

Please note, you won’t be entitled to export payment related to microgeneration until the eligibility requirements have been met.
