How do I check the balance on my account?

You can check the balance on your account any time by logging in to My Account. If you have just made a payment, please allow up to 3 working days for this to be reflected in your account.

If your account is in credit you may be due a refund. A credit balance will display on the bill as a minus figure or with the words “in credit” on your My Account online.

Examples of both below.
Your bill:

An electricity bill. The amount at the bottom is a minus figure. It is circled. The note is "If you see a minus you may be due a refund".

Your online account:
