Important to know

Contract

You’ll be signing up to a 1 year contract. If you leave early, there may be a termination charge of £40.

Direct debits

If you cancel your direct debit, a £125 deposit may be applied to your account.

14 days to change your mind

After you’ve signed up online, you’ll have 14 calendar days to cancel your renewal.
