If you don’t pay by Direct Debit you’ll lose up to 5% of your electricity discount and you’ll have to pay a £125 security deposit.

You can pay by Paypoint, Payzone, phone, cheque, or bank transfer. 

If you don’t choose to receive bills by email you’ll lose up to 2% off your electricity discount.

You’ll receive your bill in the post.

Would you like to spread your energy costs over the year?

Our Budget Plan gives you control over your energy bills. We calculate your monthly bill amount based on usage for the last 12 months and spread your energy costs over the year. We review this amount every 4 months. Opt in to avail of this free service.

*One year discount based on our standard electricity unit rate rate for 24hr meter customers only.

Switching made easy

  2. No need to contact your old supplier We’ll take care of it for you and there will be no interruption in your supply.
  3. 2 weeks later You’ll receive a welcome email or letter with confirmation of your switch and your new account number.

Important to know

Contract

You’ll be signing up to a 1 year contract. If you leave early, there may be a termination charge of £40. 

Direct debits

If you cancel your direct debit, a £125 deposit will be applied to your account.

14 days to change your mind

After you’ve signed up online, you’ll have 14 calendar days to cancel your switch.

Nominated Contact

We can redirect your bills or statements to someone else. If you need to do this just call us on 0345 604 9093 (we’ll need the permission of the person you nominate). And you can get a copy of your bills / statements at any time by calling us.
