Why did I get a longer top-up code than normal?
If the top-up code you received is longer than normal this means your electricity prices have recently changed. When this happens you will be given a special 40 or 60-digit topup code instead of the normal 20-digit one. This will update your meter with the new rates as well as topping up your meter. Please note that future top-up codes will not work until this 40 or 60 digit code is entered.
