What do I do if I lose my top-up code before keying it into my meter?
If you lose your top-up before keying it into your meter, you can get it re-issued free of charge by
- Going online to Webchat and selecting "Retrieve Top Up code", select that you have already made a payment, then enter your keypad card number. You will find our webchat bubble on our website

- Contacting our Customer Service Team with your keypad card number
- Visiting the Post Office, PayPoint outlet or Payzone outlet where your payment was made, bringing your keypad card and they will be able to retrieve your top-up code.
