I’ve postponed or cancelled my move. What should I do?

What can I do?

  • You may already have Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer installed on your computer. We recommend you use one of the browsers. If you don't have any of these, you can download them for free.
  • Talk to your company's IT department, which may be able to provide you with an alternative browser.

I’ve postponed or cancelled my move. What should I do?

If you have postponed or cancelled your move you need to contact us and let us know.

This is especially important if you have already submitted your final meter reading as without notice we may close your account and disconnect your supply, which you will incur charges for.

  • Email us – leaving your contact number so we can get in touch with you
  • Call us on 0345 601 9093 (Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm)

Please have your SSE Airtricity account number and MPRN to hand – you can find this on your bill.
