Who's eligible?

The new Budget Plan is available to all electricity customers who:

  1. Pay by direct debit
  2. Receive their bills by email
  3. Have one MPRN per account

If your account is in arrears you may still be eligible for the Budget Plan. Find out by calling our Customer Service Team on 0345 601 9093.
