I've not received a bill but a payment was taken out - why?
If you haven’t received a bill but your payment has been debited from your account, firstly check My SSE Airtricity, which keeps a history of all your bills online.
If you still can’t see a bill, please contact our Customer Services team. We can check that we have your correct email and/or postal address.
You don’t need to wait for your bill to start paying it. Make extra top-up payments at any time using any payment method you like.
