How do I set up a direct debit?
You can switch to direct debit by calling our Customer Service team on 0345 601 9093. You’ll need your:
- Bank account number
- Sort code for your current account, and
- SSE Airtricity account number.
Alternatively, you can download a direct debit mandate form (PDF, 78KB), fill it in and post it back to us at:
