What do I do if I lose my PowerCode before keying it into my meter?
If you lose your PowerCode before keying it into your meter, you can replace it by:
- Calling our Customer service team on 0345 601 9093 with your KeyPad meter number, or
- Visiting the Post Office, PayPoint outlet or Payzone outlet where your payment was made, bringing your KeyPad card.
Your last PowerCode will then be re-issued free of charge.
