I’m having trouble registering. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble registering for My SSE Airtricity you should:
- Check your email address – make sure to try your work and/or personal email if you’re not sure which one you used
- Check your phone number – try your landline and/or mobile
- Check your SSE Airtricity account number against your Welcome Letter
If you’ve tried everything and are still having problems, just contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help you register.
