Why am I not receiving the reminders?
If you’re not receiving your meter reading reminders, first check that your details are correct by logging into My SSE Airtricity online and going to ‘Meter Readings’.
If you’ve signed up for email reminders, make sure to also check your ‘Spam’ folder and change your settings to allow emails from sseairtricity.com if needed.
Please wait until your next bill due date for any changes to take effect, if your reminders still aren’t working after this just contact our Customer Service team.
