I didn't get any official letter from SSE Airtricity. Am I switched?
No, you're not officially an SSE Airtricity customer until you receive a Welcome Letter. You should receive this within 3 weeks of signing up and it will contain:
- Confirmation your switch to SSE Airtricity, and
- Your SSE Airtricity account number.
If you haven’t received a letter within 3 weeks, please contact our Customer Service team.
If your name, email, address or phone number weren’t entered correctly during sign-up, we may be unable to contact you if there’s a problem, so please get in touch.
