How do I check the balance on my account?
You can check the balance on your account at any time by logging into My SSE Airtricity online. If you’ve just made a top-up payment, please allow up to 3 working days for this to be reflected in your account.
If you don’t have access to My SSE Airtricity you can find out your balance by contacting our Customer Service team.
You don’t need to wait for your bill to start paying it. Make extra top-up payments at any time using any payment method you like.
