Did you know you can make prepayments off your bill before it’s issued? You can do this quickly and easily with by logging in to My SSE Airtricity, or by contacting us.

If you need help, we can explain your bill to you and arrange a payment plan if you need one. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. Call our dedicated Customer Service Team on 0345 266 1787.

As an existing business customer you may be eligible to renew your contract and avail of one of our current contract rates. Find out more about renewing by speaking to a member of our Sales team on 0345 266 0852.

NIE Networks will read your meter up to four times a year. In addition, We highly recommend that you proactively read and submit your own meter readings online, in particular over the forthcoming Winter period. 

The benefits of frequent actual readings will be realised by helping avoid high estimated invoices or unwanted catch up bills later and ensuring you are only charged for what you have consumed.
