To ensure a smooth and reliable expereince while using this, we strongly recommend you use a modern browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer (version 9 or higher, ideally version 11+).

What can I do?

  • You may already have Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer installed on your computer. We recommend you use one of the browsers. If you don't have any of these, you can download them for free.
  • Talk to your company's IT department, which may be able to provide you with an alternative browser.

Who do I contact if there’s a fault with my connection?

Typical faults include loss of supply, cable dig-ins and fallen power lines but for more information on faults and electricity safety please visit the NIE Networks website. If there’s a fault with your connection, you should contact NIE Networks:

  • Phone - 03457 643 643 (24 hours a day for failure of supply, Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm for general enquiries excluding public and bank holidays)
  • Post - NIE Networks, 120 Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 5HT

NIE Networks are responsible for operating and maintaining the electricity network in Northern Ireland, no matter which supplier you‘re with.
