SSE Airtricity was delighted to pick up the Best Customer Service Award for the second year running at the 2018 bonkers.ie National Consumer Awards at the Mansion House in Dublin.
In winning the prestigious award, which was decided by a public vote, SSE Airtricity saw off competition from Electric Ireland, Flogas, Pure Telecom, Sky Ireland and Virgin Media.
Presenting the award, RTÉ’s Joe Duffy noted that the organisers particularly commended SSE Airtricity on an innovative use of technology, including the recent addition of a video chat function to its existing suite of digital customer service channels.
