SSE Airtricity, Ireland’s leading provider of 100% green energy, was delighted to pick up two major trophies at the 2019 bonkers.ie National Consumer Awards at the Mansion House in Dublin last night.
The National Consumer Awards are organised by price comparison and switching website, bonkers.ie, to celebrate companies that provide exceptional value and service to customers in Ireland.
First, SSE Airtricity scooped the award for Best Customer Service for an incredible third year in a row, seeing off competition from Sky, Pure Telecom, Panda Power, Flogas, and Digiweb, in a public vote.
Then, to round off a special night, we took home the big one, the grand prix prize for Best Consumer Business, reflecting our Best Customer Service Award, as well as our nominations for Best Energy Price Plan (New Customer) and Best Marketing Campaign.
In naming SSE Airtricity as Best Consumer Business, the judges noted that the company “has gone above and beyond for its customers and shown a huge commitment to customer service and value, capturing the essence of what these awards are all about”.
