The improved Self-Service portal guarantees a seamless experience across various devices – whether you're accessing it through a desktop, tablet, or mobile device. We’ve simplified the navigation of the user journey and a number of new and easy to use features have been added.

(1) New look dashboard: The brand-new dashboard has a fresh, modern look and feel. This update not only brings a fresh look, but it's also designed to make your user experience easier, faster, and more streamlined. You'll find all options have been combined on the overview page when you login making it easier than ever to find exactly what you need.

(2) Improved meter reading experience: The new layout will allow more accurate billing while also giving you access to view your historic reads. These can easily be seen and downloaded to help track your usage. The new and improved portal will also allow the submission of multiple meter readings at the same time. Which will help your reporting processes become more efficient.

(3) Enhanced usage insights with custom filters: Usage graphs and reports will now have customisable filters that include premises, period and meter type. Making it easier to gather actionable insights that can drive your business strategies.

(4) Combined view for multi-premise businesses: This includes your total balance across all locations (if your business has multiple premises). Having this full view can simplify your financial analysis.

(5) Empowerment through administrative control: We recognise the unique requirements of your business. Our admin area makes it easier for you to create site groupings, user profiles, and reporting segments. This feature puts you in complete control, aligning the portal with your operational structure.

(6) Efficient bulk billing downloads for major business: This will simplify your billing management process and can free up valuable time.
