This confirmation will include your account number, a copy of your chosen plan and your terms & conditions.
After your 14 calendar day cancellation period we'll text you to schedule a transfer call for a time that suits you to complete your switch. This call will take 10-20 minutes. You'll need to be beside your meter and have a minimum of £2 credit.
We'll send your welcome letter along with your new SSE Airtricity Keypad card in the post. This will arrive 10-14 days after your transfer call.
After you’ve signed up online, you’ll have 14 calendar days to cancel your switch.
