Can I change the timing of my direct debit if it doesn't suit me?

What can I do?

  • You may already have Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer installed on your computer. We recommend you use one of the browsers. If you don't have any of these, you can download them for free.
  • Talk to your company's IT department, which may be able to provide you with an alternative browser.

Can I change the timing of my direct debit if it doesn't suit me?

You can control when your direct debit leaves your account by changing your billing period. This will change the date your bill is issued and when your direct debit becomes due (usually 14 days later).

To change your billing period, simply contact our Customer Care team on 1850 81 22 20^. Your new direct debit date will then apply to all of your future bills.
