We are currently experiencing a technical issue with My SSE Airtricity which is preventing customers with 7-digit account numbers from registering for the My SSE Airtricity service.
We apologise for any inconvenience and are looking to resolve this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, an intermediate solution is in place for all our ebill customers. Once your account is fully registered with us, we will email you a My Airtricity registration link to allow you to register your online account.
Alternatively you can register your account once the issue has been resolved.
