Why am I still getting bills from my previous supplier?

You will receive one final bill from your previous supplier after you switch over to SSE Airtricity. This should arrive within 4 to 6 weeks of signing up. If you continue to receive bills from your previous supplier after this, please contact our Customer Service team.
