As an SSE Airtricity customer, who will read my meter?

ESB Networks or Gas Networks Ireland will read your meter four times a year. Outside of this we rely on estimates or readings you submit to bill you.

If you have a smart meter for electricity that's been activated for Interval (30 minute) Smart Services,  your previous day's 30-minute usage data will be logged by your meter. If remote readings are not available in your area, or you choose not to avail of them, your usage will be logged remotely every 2 months.
