How do I set up a direct debit?
You can switch to direct debit by calling our Customer Service team on 1850 81 22 20. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm. These calls will be charged at Lo Call rates from any landline in the Republic of Ireland, calls made from mobile phones will cost more. You’ll need your:
- International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
- SSE Airtricity account number (this can be found on any past bill).
