I have forgotten my username/password
If you’ve forgotten your username or password, just go to our Username/Password Retrieval screen and enter the email address for your account.
A link to reset your username and password will then be sent to you via email.
When you reset these, make sure to take a note of both your username and password.
If you’re having trouble remembering which email address is on your account, just contact our Customer Service team.
You don’t have to submit meter readings – but your bills will be more accurate if you do.
