I didn't get any official letter from SSE Airtricity. Am I switched?
No – you are only officially an SSE Airtricity customer once you receive a Welcome Letter from us. You should receive this within 2 weeks of signing up and it will contain:
- Confirmation of your switch to SSE Airtricity
- Your SSE Airtricity account number
If you haven’t received this letter within 2 weeks please contact our Customer Service team.
If your name, email, address or phone number weren’t entered correctly during sign-up, we may not be able to contact you if there’s a problem. So please get in touch if you don't receive the Welcome Letter with the 2-week timeframe.
