How do I change my contact details?
You can change your email and phone number at any time by logging into My SSE Airtricity online and clicking on ‘Account Details’.
If you want to update your billing address or add another name to your account, please contact our Customer Service team with:
Your SSE Airtricity account number
The new details you would like to appear on your account.
You don’t have to submit meter readings – but your bills will be more accurate if you do.
