A Common Goal - Biodiversity & Grow your own

A Common Goal Logo

The rivalry. Merciless slagging and bragging. Arguments about key calls. There’s plenty about our league that makes us passionately stake our claim as individuals. But also, so much of it that brings us together. Clubs, Players, Fans all united by a common goal to protect and grow our leagues and our communities. 3 league players will compete in challenges each month as they take on a different green topic and hero the positive action they’re making towards our common goal.

Challenge 1

This week we're going all out to start our own veg patch. Check out how our footballers David Cawley (Sligo Rovers), Sarah McKevitt (Cork City) and Tadhg Ryan (Treaty United) got stuck into their first challenge.

Challenge 2

Having mastered the veg last week our stars are on the nature trail this week. Join David, Sarah and Tadhg as they take on #ACommonGoal. Who will win?

Challenge 3

For our third challenge we're building houses and feeders for birds, lets see who can spot the most varieties.

Challenge 4

Locally sourced nutritious meals made by our own local talent - what more could you ask for!

Champion

3 players, 4 challenges, 4 weeks and one small step towards #ACommonGoal But who came out on top!?

We can bring together the clubs, players, and fans and through small collective actions make our communities stronger to build a better future for all.
