Update bank details

Only complete these details if you’re are an account holder with KBC Bank or Ulster Bank and moved your banking arrangements to a new provider

Your current KBC or Ulster Bank account number. You'll find it on your bank statement.
Do you bank with another provider?
You can update your direct debit details by calling our Customer Service team on 0818 81 22 20. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.

You’ll need your:
  • International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
  • Business Identifier Code (BIC), and
  • Airtricity account number (this can be found on any past bill).
Your new provider's IBAN bank account number. You'll find it on your bank statement.
