These Codes of Practice¹ have been approved by the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) and outline our commitments to our Business Energy customers.

¹Note: The attached codes of practice do not apply to LDM or LEU customers. Guidelines for customers in these consumption categories are determined on an individual contract basis.
