What can I do?

  • You may already have Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer installed on your computer. We recommend you use one of the browsers. If you don't have any of these, you can download them for free.
  • Talk to your company's IT department, which may be able to provide you with an alternative browser.

Why should I register for an SSE Airtricity online account?

Registering for a Business Online provides you with control over your Business account. Once you are registered, the following features are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

  • View / Download PDF copies of your invoices – Online account management allows you to view and/or your latest and historical bills online. You can also view all transactions that occurred since your last invoice. 
  • Download consumption reports – Your online account has a feature that you can run consumption reports, so you can review your previous consumption with just one click. 
  • Add meter readings – The Networks will attempt to take up to 4 meter readings from your meter each year, therefore we have a feature available that you can supply us with your meter reading to ensure your next invoice is accurate. 
  • Update your information – You can update your billing address, contact details (email and telephone number) and notification and communications methods.

What should I do if I've forgotten my password?

If you have already registered for an online account, you can reset your password by clicking here

Note: If you have multiple accounts registered with your email address, you will need to have the account number or MPRN to retrieve the password for your account. 

I am unable to register for an online account – what should I do?

If you are having trouble logging in or registering for a Business Online account, please review all the information inputted on your Customer Agreement Form (CAF) to make sure the account number and email address match. 

If you have reviewed these and are still having trouble registering just contact our dedicated Customer Service Team.  

I have several accounts, can I have just one username and password?

Yes, of course. If you would like one username and password for all your accounts, you can contact the Customer Service Team who will create a super group online account for you.

Please make sure you have the following available when you contact the team: All the accounts numbers ready which you would like the same username and password for. You will need to complete Data Protection for each of the accounts you are looking to set up on your group account.
