How often should I receive a bill?

Most customers will receive a bill every two months, however some customers are billed monthly.

Your bill will be generated regularly according to your billing cycle. If the end of your billing period falls on a weekend, we’ll generate your bill the following Monday.

If you’d like to change your billing period please contact our Customer Services team.

Tip:

You don’t have to submit meter readings – but your bills will be more accurate if you do.
