Do I get my bill before my direct debit is taken from my account?
Yes, you should always receive a bill before your direct debit is taken out. If you’re an eBilling customer, you’ll get an email to let you know that you can view your bill online at My SSE Airtricity - you can also view all your current and past bills here.
If you haven't received a bill or bill notification email there may be a problem with your contact details, please call our Customer Service team on 0845 601 9093 as we might not be able to contact you if this is the case.
