Can I change the timing of my direct debit if it doesn't suit me?
You can control when your direct debit leaves your account by changing your billing period. This will change the date your bill is issued and when your direct debit becomes due (usually 14 days later).
To change your billing period, simply contact our Customer Service team on 0845 601 9093. Your new direct debit date will then apply to all of your future bills.
You don’t need to wait for your bill to start paying it. Make extra top-up payments at any time using any payment method you like.
