No, you don’t need to cancel your direct debit with your previous supplier. Once you sign up with us we’ll contact them to let them know that you are switching to us.
You’ll receive one final bill from your previous supplier within 4 to 6 weeks. Your direct debit with them will be cancelled after this has been paid.
You don’t need to wait for your bill to start paying it. Make extra top-up payments at any time using any payment method you like.
