I’m having trouble registering. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble registering you should:
Check your email address – make sure to try your work and/or personal email if you’re not sure which one you provided
Check your phone number – try your landline and/or mobile
Check your SSE Airtricity account number against your Welcome Letter
If you’ve tried everything and are still having problems, just contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help you register.
