If you’re having problems logging in, there are a couple of reasons why this could occur:
If you’re having problems logging in because you can’t remember your username or password you should go to our Username/Password Retrieval screen. Once you enter the email address for your account a link will be sent to you for resetting your username and password.
If you’re having trouble remembering which email address is on your account, or you’re still experiencing problems just contact our Customer Service team.
From time to time you may be unable to login to SSE Airtricity if we’re:
- Making updates to My SSE Airtricity
- Conducting system maintenance or
- Experiencing technical downtime
If any of these happen, please wait 30 minutes and then try again.
