If you want to find out what package or plan you’re on you can:
Check your bill – Your package/tariff type may appear under “Details of Electricity/Gas Charges - Description”.
Check our tariffs– If your package type isn’t listed on your bill, you may be able to match the ‘Rate’ on your bill to one of our tariff types.
If you’re still unsure, just contact our Customer Service team.
Pay your bill your way. We have lots of payment options including online, bank, post office, cheque and phone.
